We understand that sometimes items just don't work out.  Please see the following for how to return/exchange an item.

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.

Returns are for store credit or exchange.  We do not offer refunds.

A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date, no exceptions.  

Returns are for store credit -OR- exchange.  If the requested item for the exchange sells out before we receive your return, you will be issued store credit.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Gift cards, jewelry, bralettes, cami tanks, cosmetics, socks, hats, food and clearance items are final sales.  If a discount is used that makes an item over 40% off, it is considered a final sale.  BOGO 80% off or more sale items are final sale.  

Shoes must be shipped with all original packaging and in their original box.  PLEASE do NOT just ship them in their shoebox.  Use another box or shipping bag. We will not accept taped shoe boxes with a label on them.

Failure to follow return instructions may result in your return being denied or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Your exchange or store credit will be processed within 3 business days of us receiving your return. 

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

Oh, so sorry about that! Please visit our returns portal https://shopbellasbasket.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login to submit a claim.  Damaged/Defective Claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note: Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. 

I USED SEZZLE...NOW WHAT?

If Sezzle is used to pay for an order that is returned, payments will continue from Sezzle and you will receive a gift card in the full purchase amount (or an exchange if requested).
